PRODUCTION TIME

All Reyna Maldita products are hand made by the order and therefore have a 10-14 business days production time, 2 days handling  plus shipping.

DELAYED LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In the unlikely event of your parcel being delayed due to customs related issues and Covid - 19 company safety restrictions in place, please email us.

Please note, we do not refund orders that has been shipped due to delays so please plan ahead before any event before purchasing and consider the production time.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we can only refund delayed items if it has been delayed for more than 30 days after the date of shipping

LOST PARCELS

Lost parcels are declared lost after 30 days of shipping and therefore we can start a claim and reimburse your full order if this occurs only after this time.

Please note Reyna Maldita Ltd is not responsible to reimburse or reship any shipment lost by your local carrier, delayed due to being held at customs or incorrect addresses that has become undeliverable.

Shipping will be refunded at the standard shipping rate.
