PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
All Reyna Maldita products are hand made by the order and therefore have a 10-14 business days production time plus shipping.
Please check the item description for production time before purchase.
Production days excludes weekends and public holidays.
Please expect a 3-4 week turnaround time during high peak holiday season and for custom personalised designs.

COURIER DELAYS
In the unlikely event of your parcel being delayed due to customs related issues and Covid - 19 company safety restrictions in place, please email us.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we can only refund delayed items if it has been delayed for more than 30 days after the date of shipping.
Lost parcels are declared lost after 30 days of shipping and therefore we can start a claim and reimburse your full order if this occurs only after this time.
Please note Reyna Maldita Ltd is not responsible to reimburse or reship any shipment lost by your local carrier, delayed due to being held at customs or incorrect addresses that has become undeliverable.
RETURNS
Reyna Maldita products are ALL hand made by the order therefore there are NO REFUNDS.
We encourage customers to read the size guide before purchasing or alternatively leave your measurements at checkout for the perfect fit.
If there is an issue with size, please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
We can offer store credits as a form of exchange for a different size.
All returns to qualify for store credit MUST meet our RETURNS POLICY.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer cancellations for orders that has been placed after 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel an order you recently made, please notify us asap within 24 hours after you have placed the order before materials are ordered.
FAULTY ITEMS
All our items are inspected before shipping to make sure they pass quality check and packaged securely for shipment.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item with a photo enclosed.
Defective items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery date.
We can offer a full refund, store credit and offer to fix the fault for damage showing as a manufacturers fault.
Please note, all deemed to be faulty items will be inspected.
Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty and will be sent back to you and we have the right to refuse the return.
If damage occurs as a result of transit by courier you must notify us with 24 hours of receiving with a photo enclosed.
You will need to send it back to us so we can send out a replacement.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks ( excluding weekends and holidays ) for custom made orders plus shipping.
More complex designs can take longer.
Each custom made order will be given a time frame when you submit your request.
Please fill in our custom order form and send in your measurements/design ideas so that one of our representatives can help you bring your ideas to life
